Gave this a listen right after the tenth anniversary, and I see the hype behind this album clearly. Brutal death metal had long been a stagnant genre for me, but this sounds like the 90s/2000s Dying Fetus I listened to in my adolescence and it was an immediate throwback. FFO Dying Fetus, Chordotomy and Godless Truth.
